THINGS have gone from strength to strength recently for Watford FC's Head of Medical, Richard Collinge.
The Stoke-on-Trent born physiotherapist joined the club in 2002 from Brentford, initially to begin work with the Hornets' Academy.
He was promoted to first team physio in 2005 and now heads up the medical team under Malky Mackay's new management.
Collinge said: "I feel more than ready to do it and I know the players really well.
